1. Are your products original?

Yes! ✅ All products at Glow Era Care are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not deal in fake or expired items.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You only pay when your order is delivered.


3. How long does delivery take?

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other areas: 4–7 business days
    Delivery times may vary during sales, promotions, or holidays.


4. What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery charges apply and will be shown at checkout. Sometimes we offer Free Delivery promotions on selected products or order amounts.


5. Can I return a product?

Yes, but only if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged, leaked, or expired
    ⚠️ For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.


6. How do I request a return or refund?

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share photos/videos as proof.

  • Once approved, you can return the item and get a refund via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.


7. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track it directly on the courier’s website.


8. What if I am not available to receive my order?

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If the package is not received, it will be returned to us. Repeated failed COD orders may result in account restrictions.


9. Do your products suit all skin types?

We offer products for different skin types, but results may vary. Always perform a patch test before applying any skincare product to your face.
